(the “Company”) (Nasdaq:FUSB) announced that the Board of Directors, at a meeting held November 15, 2017, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share. The dividend is payable on January 2, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 8, 2017.
